Established in 2008 | Made in Korea

We believe that beauty should not come at a cost to one’s health.
We also believe in full transparency when it comes

to beauty products and their ingredients.

Certified by the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA)
and backed by many years of research and development,
Bevlah was founded with the single mission to create a gel line
without the harsh chemicals that can damage
nails, skin and cause other negative health issues.
Our high-quality products provide a way for everyone
to make their nails beautiful without suffering the allergic reactions
and other side effects caused by many of today’s
mainstream gel lacquers.
Bevlah was able to create a gel polish that does not include
any of the common 13 harsh chemicals typically found in other products
today - all without altering the integrity of the gel.
With more than 100 shades of color,

HEMA : Also known as hydroxyethyl methacrylate is used in nearly every gel polish in the world. It helps improveadhesion and viscosity of the gel polish giving it a hardened, shiny finish. It is the no 1 allergen in nail products and cosmetics that causes irritation and allergic reaction when skin contacts.
VOC : Volatile Organic Compounds is human-made chemicals used and produced in paints.
FORMALDEHYDE : Formaldehyde is used as a preservative in lacquers. It is also an ingredient that commonly gives lacquers its strong odor. It is a proven carcinogen that causes respiratory symptoms, nausea and allergic reactions.
ETHYL ACETATE : Ethyl Acetate is used to thin and dissolve other substances including nitrocellulose, the basic film-forming material in lacquers. It is a relatively safe cosmetic ingredient needed in lacquers. However, with high exposure it can irritate the skin, eyes, nose and throat.
BUTYL ACETATE : Butyl Acetate is a clear, colorless liquid with a fruity odor. It is used in photographic film, nail polish removers, lacquers, perfumes, oils, and resins. Like Ethyl Acetate, it is relatively safe. However, this can also cause irritation with high exposure.
TOLUENE : Toluene is found naturally in crude oil and in the tolu tree. It is found in many cosmetic products in which it functions as a solvent to suspend the color in order to form a smooth finish. Toluene has not been classified as a carcinogenic but has been proven to be a powerful neurotoxin when inhaled.
DBP : Dibutyl Phthalate can be found in many cosmetic products. It is used as plasticizers or solvents to give nail polish their shiny and plastic-like consistency. Plasticizers have been proven to be carcinogenic and have also been associated with damage to the liver, kidneys and the reproductive system.
FORMALDEHYDE RESIN : Formaldehyde resin adds depth, gloss and hardness to the film of the lacquers. It also helps with better adhesion to the nail. It is not classified as a carcinogen like formaldehyde but is a known skin allergen and has been proven to cause dermatitis.
CAMPHOR : Camphor can be from a tree or it can be synthetically produced. The synthetic form is the one most commonly found in lacquers and it is used as a plasticizer to add more shine and elasticity. Excess exposure to camphor can cause nausea, dizziness and headaches when inhaled.
ETHYL TOSYLAMIDE XYLENE : This chemical is most commonly used as a plasticiser in lacquers. It can increase the durability and longevity of the lacquers. This ingredient has been banned in many countries in theirpersonal care products due to its antibiotic properties and antibiotic resistance.
TPP : Triphenyl Phosphate is also used as a plasticizer to improve the flexibility and durability of the nail polish. The exposure to TPHP has been associated with endocrine impacts and reproductive and developmental toxicity.
PARABENS : Parabens are a group of ingredients which act as preservatives. They keep bacteria, mold and fungi from growing in your cosmetic products. Parabens have been associated with the increased risk of breast cancer and skin cancer.
MIT : Also known as Methylisothiazolinone is a chemical preservative similar to parabens that is added to  cosmetics to prolong the shelf life. It can cause irritation to skin, eyes and lungs.
GLUTENS : Gluten derived ingredients are used in nail products to help with moisturizing and conditioning the nails. Nail products with gluten are not absorbed through the skin, but ingested it could cause an allergic reaction.
ANIMAL DERIVED INGREDIENTS : Animal ingredients in nail polish most commonly include guanine and  carmine. As a company that believes in healing we do not believe in using animal bi-products and causing harm to animals.
